Seems like a plasma theme cache bug, or else a bug in that theme. 1. Does it go away if you run `rm ~/.cache/*plasma*; plasmashell --replace` in a terminal window? 2. Does it go away if you switch to the default Breeze Plasma theme?

Switching to breeze plasma style makes it go away. But it does appear on all other plasma styles(air, Oxygen,Layan)
