It shows up when I minimize all windows and just show the desktop, and it shows up when I mouse over an icon in my task manager. It disappears seemingly at random. STEPS TO REPRODUCE I can't exactly put it into steps, because it happens in a lot of different ways OBSERVED RESULT A very small yellow line shows up right above my bottom panel. EXPECTED RESULT There is no strange yellow bar that shows up above my bottom panel. It also seems to flicker when I start doing things in the system tray, and I've also gotten a vertical yellow line to show up.
