OSD with missing localization.

SUMMARY

After upgrading to Plasma 5.26.5 (from 5.25.5), I noticed that the screen setting OSD is missing localization for zh_CN. This wasn't the case for 5.25.5. Please see attached screenshot.

I have also consulted the Git repository and noticed that the 'po/' directory was only present on the plasma/5.27 branch or later. Was the OSD's localization data maintained elsewhere prior to 5.27?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open the OSD with a combination key or by launching the service executable.

OBSERVED RESULT

OSD has no localization.

EXPECTED RESULT

OSD has localization.

Since somewhat recently translations are copied into the git repository periodically. That's unrelated to the issue though

kscreen_common.po seems to be missing in zh_CN. It's present in other languages
