STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Using wayland
1. Open any window that has a window bar menu
2. Click on one menu item
3. Move the mouse to another menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Every second item does not show its context menu

EXPECTED RESULT
Context menus are shown correctly

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug has been happening since I started using KDE with Wayland, >1year. It used to be worse, no other menu would open other than the one clicked. Now it is every second one.

I have a virtual machine and can also reproduce the bug there and confirm it happens only in the wayland session.

Let me know if having the virtual machine image would help in debugging this.
