STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch konsole.
2. Run sudo pkcon refresh.
3. Run sudo pkcon update

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Neon Testing fails to update with the following error: Fatal error: Error while installing package: trying to overwrite `/usr/share/doc/HTML/en/kcontrol/cursortheme/index.cache.bz2', which is also in the package plasma-desktop-data 4

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Neon Testing should update with no errors.

I managed to solve this by manually installing the problematic pkg: plasma-desktop-data.
