STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. click on apps to open their description pages
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The bug highlighted in red in the attached screenshot occurs often on Arch Linux (Plasma 5.27 beta) and neon unstable.

Yeah, it's flaky. It always has been, but we now tell the user about it.
