SUMMARY

When adding the Obscure effect to a clip interactive handles for the bos used to show up in the project view. Not anymore. One has to guess the numbers.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Obscure effect to clip
2. Look for box handles in the project view
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
No handles for the box

Handles for the box

I tried with and without that button and with grouped and ungrouped clips as explained in the possibly related issue https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=465004
