OBSERVED RESULT When I open a report with the same data on 2 different computers (with the same Ubuntu version), I get 2 different results. The result on my PC is wrong, because all stocks will be deleted out of my report. When I open the same report on my laptop, all stocks are shown correctly. EXPECTED RESULT The report must be the same. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION With information do you need from my side?
Is there anything suspicious printed to the console when you a) load the file or b) open the report? If unsure, attach the outputs from when you start the application on both systems to this bug so we can take a look.

Hi Thomas, I'm not sure, what you exactly mean, but I think you mean the output on the console, when I start the software by typing "kmymoney" in the console instead of clicking the icon, correct? If yes, please find the attached the reports of both systems. And by the way: when I click on any icon in the software or open the reports, the output doesn't get longer.
Yes, that was the information I was asking for. It does not reveal any suspicious action, which is good. Nevertheless, I somehow get the impression, that we understand something else when we (you and I) talk about a "report" here. I am not 100% sure, but could it be that you miss the stocks in the accounts view? What exactly are you looking at in the application when you see the difference between the two installations? In case you use a German UI, use the German words. I think, I am pretty fluent in this language to understand it ;)

You are right - if we are not sure, if we talk about the same problem, it's quiet difficult to find the problem and a solution in the end. So, I have attached a few screenshots for you to show, what I mean (the view on the reports, the faulty report and the correct report). On my PC I have changed the language to make it easier for us. :-) Oder sollen wir den Chat direkt in deutsch weiterführen?
> Oder sollen wir den Chat direkt in deutsch weiterführen? Besser nicht, it would give most other people a hard time to follow. Can you compare the setting "Show equity accounts" (could be shown as "Eigenkapitalkonten anzeigen") in Settings/General/Filter. Do they differ? Does it have an effect when changed?

OK, no problem. ;-) > Can you compare the setting "Show equity accounts" (could be shown as > "Eigenkapitalkonten anzeigen") in Settings/General/Filter. Do they differ? > Does it have an effect when changed? Yes, the settings had been different - and after I deselected the checkbox, the report is correct now. Great, thanks a lot for your support.
Correcting status. Fixed is only used where an actual bug was fixed with a code change.
