it should off by default causing drops from 60fps to 45-15fps AMD 5950X / 5700XT water-clocked
Please note that converting 60 fps to 45 fps is not that trivial. Normally, frames have to be left out. To convert 60 fps to 50 fps, you have to drop 10 frames every second. There may be specialized software that tries to mitigate this with calculated intermediate steps - a huge effort. I'd be surprised if Kdenlive could do it perfectly. Please check your request again - I strongly suspect it is not a bug, but normal.

Well, obviously I didn't understand you correctly. Could you try again to describe what your problem is?

I see. But for me it is always turned on and I have never encountered such problems on me (on Manjaro Linux). What "drops" do you have and how do you recognize them?

I am sorry. Unfortunately, I can not say anything about this, I never get to this problem. I do not even understand why you have these values: "clip monitor - 50-59 fps - project monitor - 8-14 fps" But it does make me a little curious: why do you need these settings?
