SUMMARY Glaxnimate doesn't show the background when double click from animation clip in the timeline neither the project bin. From time to time (almost never) it shows, but I couldn´t realize a pattern. I never have two instances of glaxnimate opened. Without background is imposible to fine timing. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create an animation from project bin (glaxnimate starts) 2. Edit or not (doesn't matter) 3. Save and close de animation 4. Drag the animation clip from project bin to timeline 5. Doble click on the animation clip in the timeline. OBSERVED RESULT Glaxnimate opens the animation correctly, but not background is shown EXPECTED RESULT Background shown SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You have to have a clip on V1 and the animation on V2. Make sure the playhead is over the clip you like to see in Glaxnimate. See here: https://docs.kdenlive.org/en/cutting_and_assembling/editing.html#edit-an-animation.
Still not working. Tried in a new project
Close Glaxnimate and Kdenlive. Press Win + R (Windows key and R key simultaneously) and type appdata. Go to Roaming and delete the folder glaxnimate. Try again.
