STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click an ISO in Dolphin and mount it
2. Right click on the now mounted ISO in the sidebar- choose Eject, Unmount, or click the eject symbol
3. Go back to the folder where you actually mounted the ISO from and right click, choosing "Unmount".

OBSERVED RESULT
The ISO is "ejected" in Step 2, but the icon still shows in the sidebar, with no way to remove it.
Step 3 actually unmounts and clears the icon from the sidebar.

EXPECTED RESULT
In Step 2, the icon should be removed from the sidebar- especially if the text says "Unmount".

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.102.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It's a bit confusing why ejecting/unmounting from the sidebar is different from right clicking the ISO and unmounting.
