Since I upgraded to Plasma 5.26.90 (from the kde-unstable repository on Arch) I noticed that after I double-click on a file that has the "Unknown" type, which causes the new "Choose Application" Portal to appear, Dolphin stops updating half it's GUI (well the part where you can browse your folders). This does not happen when I right-click on a file and choose "Other Application", only when I double-click on a file with "Unknown" file type.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to Plasma 5.26.90
2. Open Dolphin
3. Open a file with "Unknown" file type.

OBSERVED RESULT
Half the GUI stops updating. Although resizing the windows updates it.

EXPECTED RESULT
No GUI glitches should appear.

Downgrading `plasma-integration` to version 5.26.5, which changes the "Show Application" from the Portal one to the "old" one fixes my issue.

I can also reproduce this in a Garuda "KDE Git" Linux VM with VirtioGPU acceleration, with the latest git master.

It's also 100% reproducible in Ark by right clicking on a text file (for example) and choosing "Open With...".

This is on Plasma 5.27.2, KF 5.103.0, Qt 5.15.8.

Per https://pointieststick.com/2023/03/03/this-week-in-kde-plasma-6-begins/ and https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-integration/-/merge_requests/73 this will be resolved in plasma 5.27.3 (forthcoming).

This is still an issue in Plasma 5.90.0

I am guessing this was implemented once again in Plasma 6? But sadly it is still causing issues.
