I'm so sorry I have not a clue of what I'm doing. I just felt necessary to report this problem, not sure this is the right conduct. apparently apparmor is blocking discover to make the updates.... Attached to this message is a screenshot showing that its fetching updates but never gets to 100% so I can't properly update all the apps.  As you see I'm a novice Linux user,

Thank you for the bug report!

Please note that Plasma 5.25.5 is not supported for much longer by KDE; supported versions are 5.24, and 5.26 or newer.

If at all possible please upgrade to a supported version and verify that the bug is still happening there.

If you're unsure how to do this, contact your distributor about it.

Who turned AppArmor on? Did you do it manually, or was it pre-configured to be on by default in your distro?

If you turned it on, it's up to you to configure it properly.

If your distro turned it on automatically, it's up to your distro to configure it properly.
