SUMMARY

It is similar to "new layer from visible", but only works for the selected layer.

This is conducive to the creation of rapid cloning of certain parts. To implement it, I need duplicate layers and then merge them. There will be one more step each time. Therefore, it is useful to add a direct shortcut key.
