SUMMARY
Can be seen in the attached recording. When you quickly move the mouse cursor to a different screen on Wayland, it also remains near the edge of the screen it was previously on for a few seconds.

This is an NVIDIA driver bug. Please report the issue to the NVIDIA folks, either by sending an email to linux-bugs@nvidia.com or making a post at https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/c/gpu-graphics/linux/
