Description Guido 2023-01-20 22:08:37 UTC
SUMMARY
Option "Keep launchers separate" does nothing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In task manager settings set "Keep launchers separate" (it is active only if sorting is set on "manual"... why?)
2. "Pin" an app in the launcher (e.g. Dolphin)

OBSERVED RESULT
When you launch an app from the "pinned launcher" the launcher disappears

EXPECTED RESULT
When you launch an app from the "pinned launcher" the launcher should remain visible, the app opens at the right extreme of the task manager.

Ah, I'm afraid you're misunderstanding with this option does.

This option governs whether launchers are allowed to be mixed in among tasks, not whether they remain visible after being clicked to launch an app.

OH! Thank you for the clarification. Still, would be useful to implement the function as I described it in the bug.
I will fill a feature request.
