STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a text file containing an ASCII character with code 128 or higher (for example ยป i.e. 175). 2. Open the application. 3. Drag the text file into the Project Bin. OBSERVED RESULT The character is displayed as a question mark inside a square in the preview window. If user attempts to drag it onto a AV track, then the application will crash. EXPECTED RESULT The text file is displayed properly in the preview window and can be dragged onto a track.
