SUMMARY
Copy and paste layer with inherit alpha enabled, Krita pastes layer in wrong place on canvas

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy selection from layer with Inherit Alpha turned on
2. Paste new layer
3. Observe

OBSERVED RESULT
Pixels are pasted offset down and to the right on the canvas

EXPECTED RESULT
Pixels are pasted in the same position on the canvas as where they're copied
