SUMMARY

Right now either Magnifying Glass _OR_ Zoom but not both at the same can be enabled.

If the reason for that is that both are mutually exclusive to work at the same time, the effects could check if the other is active and simply not start. That way the user could enable both at the same time in the settings and use either of them on demand.
