STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install version 7.9
2. Read release notes (C:/Program Files/digiKam/releasenotes.html)
3. click on "as PDF" in "The complete handbook is available online as HTML or as PDF."

OBSERVED RESULT
At https://docs.kde.org/?application=digikam&branch=trunk5&path=digikam.pdf
get this: "The application digikam could not be found...."

The link to the new documentation (we left PDF in favor to EPUB in Windows release notes have been already fixed for next 7.10.0.
