SUMMARY
When I click "Remove theme" and press Apply I get error: "Removing theme failed: Error: Plugin Lace is not installed."
I tried with "Lace" and "Nordic-bluish"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install couple Plasma themes
2. Apply some
3. Click "Remove theme"  and press Apply on not used currently theme

OBSERVED RESULT
Appears an error: "Removing theme failed: Error: Plugin Lace is not installed."

EXPECTED RESULT
Theme should be removed
