Description axel.wikstrom 2023-01-15 18:17:39 UTC
SUMMARY
Konsole will not remember the disabled blur setting for the background transparency. It applies correctly the first time, but the effect is lost after restarting Konsole.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings > Edit Current Profile > Appearance
2. Edit a color scheme
3. Set background transparency to some value like 20%
4. Check the Blur background checkbox
5. Hit Apply, the background should now be blurred
6. Uncheck the Blur background checkbox
7. Hit Apply, the background should now be transparent without blur
8. Close all the dialogs with OK
9. Close and restart Konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
The background is blurry

EXPECTED RESULT
The settings should be saved properly and no blur effect should be applied

Please re-try that with 24.08 or later. Thanks!

Works for me there.
