Project Defaults in Settings

SUMMARY
In the Settings for Timeline dialog the default track height can be defined but whether tracks should be expanded or collapsed cannot. Suggestion is to have this in the Timeline or Project Defaults tab. I find it useful to be able to default all tracks to be collapsed. I have defined 7 video tracks as the default for new projects and my screen layout benefits greatly from collapsed tracks. Today I have to do this manually.

While this may still be a worthwhile feature to implement the fact that it is already possible to collapse/expand all tracks with Shift + click on the arrow icon reduces the urgency. Thanks for having implemented this feature already (a while ago?)! This works for me just as well.
