Same here. It seems to be caused by the larger window decorations due to touch mode. It appears to only affect the Breeze theme. Switching the decorations to Plastik “fixes” the issue; most likely because the Plastik window decorations have a fixed size and do not enlarge in touch mode. It's very annoying.
