I Installed some themes for kblocks and they are not showing up in the theme selection menu

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kblocks app and press CTRL+SHIFT+,
2. Click on 'download themes' button
3. Install one of themes
4. Return to themes selection menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Installed theme(s) are not showing up in the theme selection menu

EXPECTED RESULT
Installed theme(s) are properly showing in theme  selection menu and can be chosen

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux. Kernel 6.1.5-arch2-1.
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.101.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

I use KDE Plasma with X11 window system
