SUMMARY
maximize vscode then disable maximizeing, and click the menu bar, the popup menu of vscode appearing then disappearing quickly


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open vscode
2. maximize vscode then disable maximizeing
3. click the menu bar of vscode

OBSERVED RESULT
the popup menu of vscode appearing then disappearing quickly


EXPECTED RESULT
vscode menu in menu bar doesn't appear and disappear quickly

Can't reproduce when running with native wayland support. Not sure if it's really a kwin bug though.

I can reproduce this issue when running with other wayland compositors too, which implies that it might be a client side bug.

There is no problem in ubuntu2210 wayland
