STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. search for VLC player and click on it
3. click on 'Show all X reviews' button in the description page of VLC

OBSERVED RESULT
List of reviews flickers for a few seconds before showing up. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur

This appears to have been fixed with changed in Frameworks 5.103.

It's still reproducible sometimes.

Can confirm. It semi-randomly happens when opening reviews for the first time.

Argh, now it's happening to me again too. Seems non-deterministic, which is just the worst. :/
