Still an issue on Elisa 23.08.2.

One note: the pop can be reproduced consistently.
That is, when you hear a pop in a specific instant of a specific track, you will *always* hear that pop in that instant of that specific track.

Hello, I resume Elisa for another test, now I'm on Gentoo and looks like some better stable, no more pop/click playback.
I think isn't really KDE bug at this stage, maybe issue with Arch package, I don't know, so my setup now is below:
-Elisa 23.04.3 https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/media-sound/elisa
-Audio:
Device-1: Intel Tiger Lake-H HD Audio vendor: Dell
    driver: sof-audio-pci-intel-tgl
    alternate: snd_hda_intel,snd_sof_pci_intel_tgl
Device-2: Sony WALKMAN driver: snd-usb-audio type: USB rev: 2.1
    speed: 480 Mb/s lanes: 1 mode: 2.0
  API: ALSA v: k6.1.57-gentoo-dist status: kernel-api
    tools: alsactl,alsamixer,amixer
  Server-1: PipeWire v: 0.3.80 status: active with: 1: pipewire-pulse
status: active 2: wireplumber status: active 3: pw-jack type: plugin
    tools: pactl,pw-cat,pw-cli,wpctl
-System:
  Kernel: 6.1.57-gentoo-dist arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: N/A
 Desktop: KDE Plasma v: 5.27.8 tk: Qt v: 5.15.10 wm: kwin_wayland vt: 7
dm: SDDM Distro: Gentoo Base System release 2.14
Machine:
Type: Laptop System: Dell product: Inspiron 15 7510

-Test result with my USB DAC (Sony Walkman) is fine, but add some little latency.
-Test result with laptop Intel HDA is fine enough, a little gap on load tracks is present when start or interacting with other desktop windows.
-Also Bluetooth speaker tested and little short two gaps in audio track happen, (less one second) I guess buffering optimization needs...
-Test with KDE XWayland session, I know not stable as full Xorg session...

Elisa is compiled with qtmultimedia audio backend support: https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/dev-qt/qtmultimedia and I also try to use VLC audio backend, after recompile and looks performance is both good (no more pop/click).
After this set of tests I assume the bug is solved for me.
Thanks to all, best regards.
Nicola
