STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot computer
2. Two Dolphin windows open on different directories
3. Drag file from one to the other to copy, this works
4. Drag a different file to the other folder, Dolphin attempts to copy the first file
5. Sometimes a copy and paste works, sometimes it has the same effect, as soon as it has had that effect it never works again
6. Continue with other files as nauseam, always tries to copy the first file

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin attempts to copy the previously selected file

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin copies the newly selected file
