SUMMARY
Searching for characters gives incomplete results.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kcharselect
2. Enter "c" (without quotes) in search bar
3. Press <Enter> to search

OBSERVED RESULT
I get about 14 results - all lowercase.

EXPECTED RESULT
The uppercase results should also be shown; eg. when using "caron" as search phrase, both upper- and lowercase variants get displayed.
