Video demonstrating the animation

SUMMARY
When Floating panels and auto hide are both enabled, the animation is rather janky, video attached.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Enable auto hide on the plasma panel
2.  Enable floating panels
3.  Activate the floating panel animation.

OBSERVED RESULT
Non smooth, janky animation 

EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth animation

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.101.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7
Plasma wayland session.

Huh, cannot reproduce with current git master. Thanks for the video; it made testing this very easy.

It's possible this has already been fixed for 5.27 with your recent changes, Niccolò. Do you think that's possible?

Can confirm this has been fixed in plasmashell git, bug no longer happens after updating to it!
