SUMMARY
I use KDE/Wayland on a Debian Bookworm computer.
I cannot set the current time in KDE.
I get a window saying "Impossible to set current time"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Right-lick the date/time applet
2.  Choose "set date and time"
3.  Adjust the current time and apply

OBSERVED RESULT
A window appears saying that it is impossible to set current time.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be possible to set current time.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian Boorkworm using KDE/Wayland
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.101.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7
