Could you give more details on how to reproduce this issue ?

Is it similar to this issue https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458654 ?

YES BUT IT'S WHEN IMPORTING OFX FILE

an error message appears because Kmymoney tries to read the OFX file

Fixed in the meantime by forcing libofx to be build with OPENSP_MULTIBYTE to off on windows
