There are some official PDF including formulas. The if I check the check-boxes, this works in the formula few fine. If I print it, the filled check-boxes are not shown on the printout. Formular I used https://www.bmj.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/DE/Service/Formulare/Vorsorgevollmacht.html STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Switch to formula mode in the header 2. Edit formula 3. Print filled formula OBSERVED RESULT All remarks on the formula are present, beside check-boxes EXPECTED RESULT Also check-boxes will be correctly printed. Seems that there is a new / updated version which don't show this issue anymore on the Weblink. I uploaded the used one which shows this issue.
Do the checkmarks show for you in print preview?
At my side only at edit mode, the check boxes will be shown correctly. If I switch off formular edit mode this will be not displayed anymore and is also missing in the prinnt. I will check later tody if it is visible in the print preview.

Since I'm not interested in doing opensuse support, please install from flathub https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.kde.okular and run it from there and tell me if you can see the checked checkbox when doing print preview
I checked this issue again with "Version 22.12.3" And it is now fixed Thanks for support.
