STEPS TO REPRODUCE =================== 1. Create a panel. 2. Align to the right. 3. Add System Tray widget. 4. Send a notification. OBSERVED RESULT ================ The notification overflows. EXPECTED RESULT =============== The notification aligns correctly. Cannot reproduce. Are you using X11 or Wayland? Does it affect all notifications, or just some? Do you have more than one screen connected?

Thanks for the info. Can't reproduce, unsure how to proceed.
With the major refactor of notification sizing and positioning in Plasma 6.3, the bug pretty much can't happen anymore, at least not as originally described. If you're still seeing issues in Plasma 6.3, please open a new bug report. Thanks a lot!
