STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new project in Kdenlive
2. Add a video clip in the source window
3. Right click on it and select "Task on clip > Automatic scene cutting"
4. In the popup window, select "separate the plans" and confirm
5. When the task has finished, a sub-directory appears linked to the clip. This sub-directory contains all the scenes detected by the task inside the clip. Thus, they can be individually dragged and dropped onto the timeline.
6. Save your project, quit Kdenlive.
7. Reopen your project and look in the source window: the clip is always there, but not its scene collection sub-directory.
