SUMMARY *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** To tag a face I type a couple of letters first and finally choose the name out of the suggested list. Usually, that works fine. However, in some cases nothing happens if I click on the name. Choosing it by arrows or changing my letters in the search box help to do the name clickable again. In some cases it is even enough to click at a different spot of the name to confirm the assignment. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Type some letters in the search box for tagging faces 2. Sometime the name is not clickable 3. Change the search and name is clickable again OBSERVED RESULT Name is not clickable. No action happens EXPECTED RESULT After clicking a name, the name should be assigned to the face SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 11 macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hi, Can you record a screen-cast to see where is located the problem ? Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier
Created attachment 154985 [details] problem I tried to record it by screen. However, it is not so easy to understand so that I added a screenshot as well. In some cases (less than 5%) I can click anywhere on "testtest testtest" and nothing happens. If I move my mouse a bit right or left and try it again, it is mostly working again. In some rare cases I have to select it by the down arrow on the keyboard or starting a new name search by changing or adding more letters: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ASv56KQHCDeSzF8a_aH0vMzuMpmoNF2e/view?usp=share_link While recording I have had an additional problem that the mask for adding face tags diasappear directly. Looking at the face tag overview, however, shows that the tags are created with an unknown name (category): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UyvJ1V2ZPGEk-kIVIp24Sc-2a9A_PcKR/view?usp=share_link
