Wrong save icon

SUMMARY

Save and folder icons look out of place if Window Color Scheme is set to "Default".

If Window Color Scheme is set to "Default" the icon is a black folder icon, even with dark theme.
If Window Color Scheme is set anything but "Default" the icon is the default Breeze icon.

See screenshots for comparison.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Window Color Scheme to "Default"
2. Save icon in settings changes to black icon
3. Set Window Color Scheme to anything else but "Default" (For example, Breeze Dark)
4. Save icon in settings changes to default Breeze icon

OBSERVED RESULT

Kate changes save, folder and maybe other icons to some different "black" icon which does not seem
to be part of Breeze.

EXPECTED RESULT

Kate would change all icons to the icon set that has been set on the machine.

Seems this was not Kate related issue at all!

I think it has something to do with the icon packs. I set my Icon Pack to Breeze instead of Breeze Dark, and the problem went away.

Maybe this bug report could be moved somewhere more fitting?

Can you re-try that with master? I would hope the re-coloring works there even with Breeze Dark.
