I tried with a random image from the Krita discord, and didn't a crash in a fresh build from master or with the 5.1.4 appimage or the 5.1.4 Windows portable installer. Do you have a link to the image that crashes Krita perhaps? That would be more useful than a video. For the crashlog, since you're on Windows, the link amyspark gave isn't useful. Instead check whether there's a kritacrash.log file in the appdata folder. To go there, open the file explorer window, press ctrl-l to open the location bar and type %localappdata% and press enter. Scroll down until you find a kritacrash.log file and attach that to this bug report.
