STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add colour swatches to palette
2. Save and exit Krita
3. Reopen Krita

OBSERVED RESULT
Palette is now empty, showing empty swatches and group labels but no colours.

This also got fixed in https://invent.kde.org/graphics/krita/-/merge_requests/1617 (not merged yet...)
