Description Christopher Yeleighton 2023-01-02 16:57:30 UTC
SUMMARY
Konsole should indicate that the currently executing process has quit.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tell Plasma to run cat in a terminal!
2. Enter ^D!
3. Enter foo bar ^J!

OBSERVED RESULT
The line "foo bar" appears once as typed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Konsole should refuse to accept input when the underlying process has quit.
The terminal decoration should indicate the fact somehow.
