SUMMARY
When Konsole is run as a VNC server, [Shift] key is not a modifier key.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. { konsole -platform vnc; }
2. Connect using TigerVNC!
2. { read; }
3. Press [Shift [1]]!

OBSERVED RESULT
^@1
