Attempt to launch in Finder or Spotlight https://download.kde.org/stable/kdenlive/22.12/macOS/kdenlive-22.12.0.dmg is NFG OBSERVED RESULT Launch failure as shown in the attachment window image EXPECTED RESULT Some Rosetta 2 chugging to M1 the image, it loads and starts, and KDENlive runs OK. Probably 2 problems here. Need to add option to build universal binaries to Mac build options. Second issue with the image itself. Perhaps damaged.
Kdenlive on ARM is ongoing. Itβs still on test level. Maybe with 22.04 release, Kdenlive for ARM on Mac will come.
We have native Mac ARM version since some time now.
