SUMMARY When Kate starts, there is an error that says "The specified folder does not exist or was not readable" without any explanation whatsoever. When I first opened the file I thought it would refuse to open a file, but then it opened normally without any issues. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch Kate OBSERVED RESULT "The specified folder does not exist or was not readable" and then opens file without any issues. EXPECTED RESULT Launching Kate without any errors and issues. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.101.0 Qt Version: 5.15.7 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The machine I am using is a Thinkpad T420s.
Hmm, can not reproduce that. Have you some files open from a previous session or some projects?
