SUMMARY

Quite simply, the "copy" of the clipboard stopped working one day, about a month ago, but get back workout right after a full update via Discover.  But today the update has no effect.  Out of nowhere, for no specific action from myself, it works once to stop working immediately after.  I have parcelite installed, running it or closing it has not effect, copy doesn't work.  Paste never stopped working.

None, as it seems to be totally random.

Plasma 5.16 hasn't been supported in a long time. Please update to a supported Plasma version (5.24 or 5.26) and see if the problem still happens
