SUMMARY

Parse error when opening PSD files in Krita due to the lack of Hue/Saturation adjustment layer (allows the user to isolate and manipulate individual colors), as well as many other Photoshop-native adjustment layers including lookup tables, basic brightness and contrast adjustments, etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add an adjustment layer in Photoshop that isn't available in Krita such as Hue/Saturation
2. Try to open the file in Krita
3. Dialogue displays "The file format cannot be parsed"

OBSERVED RESULT
File couldn't be opened due to incompatibility

Hue/Saturation is one of the most important adjustment layers in Photoshop, so even if other Photoshop adjustment layers can't be added just yet, Hue/Saturation should be prioritized.
