STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete "~/.cache/" and re-login
2. Set theme to Breeze Dark in Quick Settings
3. Display notifications

OBSERVED RESULT
Please see the screenshot: On some dark background I see "Korners". For the 2nd notification, there's also this weird arc on the right side.

The bug is no longer visible, once the notification shows that the file download finished.

I could observe the same corner issue on Fedora 37.

This should finally be fully fixed in Plasma 5.27.
