SUMMARY
With dynamic forecast, the screen goes white and nothing can done. To get out of this, is to delete data in Android Settings / Apps / KWeather / Storage / Clear Data.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install kweather from f-droid
2. choose flat forecast
3. set Location
4. it is working as expected
5. go to settings
6. select forecast to dynamic

OBSERVED RESULT
kweather is just a white screen and nothing can done

EXPECTED RESULT
dynamic forecast is visible

This might be related to the port to OpenGL for the dynamic weather forecast. Unfortunately, I have no clue how to debug the Android version of the application...
