STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. for example run mc (midnight commander)
2. move cursor up/down on files
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

when using terminal with applications with some text gui (like midnight commander, ncdu etc) experiencing some artifacts when scaling is on. with 100% display scaling everything is ok, but more than 100% there is some lines, dots etc as in attached file. When window loose focus problem disappear (that's why i cant make screenshot but takes a picture with phone) but on active window with terminal (for example copying files with mc) is quite annoying. Problem was started after 5.26.4 update. didn test on wayland but for sure problem is on X
