Description Uwe Köhler 2022-12-28 19:58:27 UTC
SUMMARY
***
I submitted this behaviour to Krita and it is claimed to be a KDE Neon problem (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463565)

On KDE Neon Krita cannot print nor can I export the image in a usable format since the chooser is "empty". I managed to blindly select one, but that was only an option to save hours of work.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create drawing in Krita
2. Select File / Export and open the Filter chooser for file type.
3. Chooser is empty (see screen shot)

OBSERVED RESULT
Chooser is empty (entries are there, but no visible)

EXPECTED RESULT
Options in chooser readable

Thank you for your bug report!
However this bug report was created/provided previous to 01/01/2023 and also has not received any updates since before 01/01/2025.
Unfortunately KDE neon no longer provides updates for anything older than noble 24.04 based edition's.
Please upgrade to KDE neon noble and if you can reproduce the issue after upgrading to an active version, feel free to re-open this bug report.
Thanks for understanding!
